Maharashtra is burning, Hindu Idols are being destroyed. Why? Because a welcome arch put up by some communal dimwit depicted Chhatrapati Shivaji killing Bijapur general Afzal Khan. I donot understand why these communal Hinduvadis want to rakeup such dead issues even if it is a well accepted historical fact… If certain section of our population identify with Afzal Khan or Afzal Guru(Damn so confusing…) so be it. We are a secular country, we have to respect sentiments of every section of society afterall we bank on their votes. In fact, India take steps to secularize all our festivals. Any festival like Independence Day, 1971 Victory etc that can hurt sentiments of some sections of society should be banned.
In another case, Ahmedabad metropolitan magistrate S.P. Tamang after one month of intensive inquiry has released a 240 page handwritten report in which he has concluded that the four alleged terrorists ( Ishrat Jahan, Javed Ghulam Sheikh alias Pranesh Kumar Pillai, Amjad Ali alias Rajkumar Akbar Ali Rana and Jisan Johar Abdul Gani) killed by Gujarat police were not linked to any terror group and their encounter was fake. His herculean task is unparalleled(except for may be Justice Mukherjee report) and has won laurels from all secular fronts. I am sure he would explain to the nation what the two Pakistanis who were killed along with Israt were doing in India? I guess we can secularly assume that they were here to watch cricket match. Similarly, I guess mouthpiece of LeT, Ghazwa Times was just being “loudmouth” when they claimed that Ishrat Jahan was their activist. Has Justice Tamang checked about the possibility that some communal Dimwit hacking LeT website and posting the message on their behalf to defame LeT and Ishan. All this still donot explain affidavit of the union ministry of home affairs filed in the Supreme Court which insist that the four had links with the Lashkar-e-Taiba. But then UPA Government affidavits have become like what we say in Kerala Payam Chakku(old Sack) – Not reliable. Some time back they were caught on wroing foot trying to give authentication certification for Lord Ram.

I simply can’t understand why each time Gujarat Govt goes into defensive mode. They can ask question to media also. First of all Guj Govt Spokesperson should present some facts, like;
1) In Gujarat from 2001 to till 2009 only 4-5 case of encounters, where in state like Mumbai, delhi, J&K, AP number of cases is much much more (They have to find exact number and tell, I think it is more than 100 in each states)
2) Govt is not directing to do the encounters; it is based on information inputs from central agencies or based on tips from Informers and done by police for the betterment of state
3) In sohrabuddin case, Court has only orders to pay for her wife’s murder, Court have not authenticated that sohrabuddin was not a criminal.
4) In Best bakery case, SIT team has submitted report in which they have said that Teesta Setlvad is fabricating the false stories of raping, murder. So don’t take whatever NGO or person relative told is right every time. No thief will say that he is thief.
5) Crime rate in Gujarat and in its cities is lowest in India. And this is due to officers like mentioned in report. Quote figures here.
6) In Godhra case also Supreme Court has rejected Benerjee Commission report (set up by railway ministry run by Laloo at that time) on the ground that already commission is appointed and previous inquiry is going on. Same case is here also.
Now Gujarat Govt should ask question to so called secular media in every munch, platform, interviews on channels and if they not allow or edit that don’t go to them.
1) Why media and congress both relate each and every issue related to Government procedure, judiciary, saying of NGO with only Narendra Modi. Quote examples like ashram case, lathakand case, chandni case etc
2) Why they highlight cases related to Gujarat more and ignores big scandals, riots, deaths, encounters in Congress rules states or other states.
3) Modi has a track record of Clean and corruption free Government till date, why they don’t show them. Why they don’t show jyotigram, checkdam revolution, infant mortality and so many good things
4) Ask motive of the channel first in straight talk, if they are neutral they should show positive and negative both
5) Ask channel like Times Now, NDTV and others, have they shown SIT report on Teesta fabricating stories, have they ever shown situation/reaction of KARSEWAK family members who lost life in Godhra train carnage
6) Why all conclude before High Court or Supreme Court concludes?
7) Have channels ever shown that why Supreme Court rejected Benerjee Commission report?
8) Ask them why they don’t shout when there is a more heinous and more long pending riot, encounter cases in high court of other states or High Court?
9) Have they ever asked family member of Ishrat why they allow her to go to lukhnow with some rowdy person, do they know details of that person, have they inquired that is there any job of teacher in lukhnow as mentioned by Ishrat? Why their daughter name in LeT mouthpiece paper in Pakistan.
Yesterday I seen debate on Times now tv with Jaynarayan Vyas, Manish Tiwari (congress), Majid Memon(lawyer), where our jaynarayan has given answer but lacking somewhere (aggression) and congress really don’t need to send their representative their as Arnab Goswami the anchor is behaving like more than congress member.
Please comment on some more question we should ask in interviews.
